T.EA.'s MISSION: 
To provide all students with an outstanding education in a Christian-oriented environment, with an emphasis on rigorous academic standards, which will inspire life-long learning while providing the students with skills needed to become productive tax paying citizens.  Christian Education, dependent upon the atoning work of Christ and regeneration of the Holy Spirit, which seeks to renew the mind, mold the spirit, and nurture the soul of each student. By pursuing academic excellence, personal discipline and Godly devotion; our goal is to mold Christian character in the lives of all our students, so that they are capable of standing firm in an increasingly godless society.

CHRISTIAN LIFESTYLE STATEMENT:
Employees of TEA Academy will maintain a lifestyle based on biblical standards of conduct, including being a member in good standing of a church and leading a mature Christian life. It is the goal of TEA Academy that each employee will have a lifestyle where they will conduct themselves in a way that will not raise questions regarding their Christian testimonies. A Christian lifestyle should reflect the biblical perspective of integrity; and of appropriate personal and family relationships, business conduct, and moral behavior. An employee is expected to demonstrate a teachable spirit, an ability to share love for others, a willingness to live cheerfully with a commitment to follow the Matthew 18 principle when an issue arises with fellow employees, parents, students and management.
